Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists is seeking to retain an Environmental Phase I/Property Condition Assessment team‑member in the Dallas, Texas area with a passion for client service to join Sierra's commercial property due diligence department. Five years of transferable work experience is required along with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. The right candidate will be a master multi‑tasker with a high energy level, strong work ethic, and be highly reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required

Skills, Experience And Attributes
  • Experience conducting Property Condition Assessments following ASTM standards
  • Experience conducting Phase I ESAs following ASTM standards
  • Experience inspecting commercial properties (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, ADA accessibility and interior elements) in accordance with InternNACHI
  • Ability to source historical data, document and take field notes, photos, and interview appropriate sources
  • Adherence to deadlines, ensuring all tasks meet the requirements while adhering to cost and time budgets
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skills
  • Experience in client management, engagement and retention
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adept at writing reports for client audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects at one time
  • Willingness to travel nationwide via air travel for 1‑3 days at a time, 3‑4 times per month
