Semiconductor Field Service Engineer

📍 Dallas, TX (with initial training in Scottsdale, AZ)

We provide sales, refurbishment, and service for leading platforms including AMAT, KLA Tencor, and Rudolph. Our expertise spans 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm wafers, delivering complete solutions from installation and upgrades to custom onsite support and after‑sales services.

We are seeking a skilled Semiconductor Field Service Engineer to join our team. Following 2–3 weeks of training in Scottsdale, AZ, you will provide onsite and remote support for semiconductor metrology equipment. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot technical issues, perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance, and serve as a trusted partner to our customers. The position requires frequent travel, flexibility, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade semiconductor metrology equipment at customer sites.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support, escalating complex issues to HQ when needed.
• Train and guide customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed service documentation, reports, and pass‑downs.
• Ensure compliance with customer and company procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of semiconductor experience (metrology preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and vacuum/plasma systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
• AA/BS in electronics or equivalent military/semiconductor experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

• Work performed in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
