  • Role Overview

    Role:
    Structural Engineer (PE). This position is ideal for a mid‑level engineer who wants more responsibility, to work on complex structures, and to grow into project management or technical leadership.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform structural analysis and design for mission critical, healthcare, life sciences, commercial, and seismic retrofit projects

    • Develop structural models, calculations, and engineering documentation

    • Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents

    • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants

    • Participate in cross‑office project teams

    • Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction administration

    • Support project managers and begin taking ownership of smaller projects

    • Contribute to internal technical development and best practices

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

    • Professional Engineer (PE) license required

    • 4-7 years of structural engineering experience

    • Experience with analysis software such as ETABS, SAP
      2000, RAM, RISA, or similar

    • Familiarity with Revit and BIM workflows

    • Strong analytical skills and interest in advanced structural systems

    • Ability to manage tasks independently while supporting project teams

    • Desire to work on complex, performance-driven projects
