A nationally recognized structural engineering firm with more than two decades of technical excellence is expanding its Dallas office and seeking a Structural Engineer (PE) with approximately 4-7 years of experience

High‑Performance, High‑Complexity Project Work — This is not a production environment. Engineers work on projects that require advanced analysis, performance‑based design, seismic and dynamic systems, high‑redundancy mission critical structures, and nonlinear modeling with resilience‑focused engineering.
Mission Critical Expertise — The Dallas team is deeply involved in mission critical and data center projects. Engineers gain experience with high‑resiliency structural systems, fast‑paced delivery cycles, coordination with MEP, commissioning, and security teams, and exposure to global tech clients and hyperscale developers.

Role:
Structural Engineer (PE). This position is ideal for a mid‑level engineer who wants more responsibility, to work on complex structures, and to grow into project management or technical leadership.
Perform structural analysis and design for mission critical, healthcare, life sciences, commercial, and seismic retrofit projects
Develop structural models, calculations, and engineering documentation
Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants
Participate in cross‑office project teams
Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction administration
Support project managers and begin taking ownership of smaller projects
Contribute to internal technical development and best practices
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
4-7 years of structural engineering experience
Experience with analysis software such as ETABS, SAP
2000, RAM, RISA, or similarFamiliarity with Revit and BIM workflows
Strong analytical skills and interest in advanced structural systems
Ability to manage tasks independently while supporting project teams
Desire to work on complex, performance-driven projects
