- UMTS / LTE specifically on pre & post launch / optimization activities.
- Working knowledge and experience on the AT&T Network at a high level.
- Acute understanding of CQI and factors that affect is and measures to improve it.
- Ability to lead and manage local and remote engineers supporting team.
- Ability to interface with all levels of the customer up to VP level.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
