We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater design projects for municipal and industrial clients throughout Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional passionate about water/wastewater design and project management. You will manage complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Lead and manage water/wastewater design projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, governmental agencies, and consultants.
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff.
• Prepare and review project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Actively participate in business development activities to secure new projects.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards and specifications.
• Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and status updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

• Texas PE License (required).
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater design and project management, with a focus on projects in Texas.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater design standards, local codes, and regulatory requirements in Texas.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering design software and project management tools.
