Overview
Connecting Top Engineering Talent in Land Development & Water/Wastewater | Texas Market Specialist.
Location:
Garland, TX. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development projects. This role involves planning and designing civil infrastructure for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant site designs from concept through construction.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules
- Prepare and review site civil plans, grading and drainage designs, utility layouts, and erosion control plans
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and hydrology/hydraulic software (e.g., Hydro
CAD, Storm
CAD) - Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
