Join HNTB North Texas as a Senior Project Manager focused on TxDOT Projects! Our office has an extensive history delivering exciting and complex transportation projects for regional clients such as DART, NTTA, ARDOT, TxDOT, and major airports in Dallas/Fort Worth and Little Rock. • Develop the project scope and fee quotation,cii and aid in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts according to HNTB's Sophisticated Contracting Approach (SCA).
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction, including leading contract scoping and negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks such as analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects-Year
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan using HNTB's Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA); lead development and execution of the project management plan; supervise and mentor the team toward project objectives.
• Oversee project πλή staffing—including recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning—and support performance Toute reviews.
• Partner with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development, build client relationships, and pursue mega and super‑mega projects per HNTB's Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA). Lead proposal development and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.

• History of winning, contracting, and delivering 4‑for‑4 (on‑time, on‑budget, quality,LATEST client satisfaction) onกิจ multi‑disciplinary or large/complex projects, with independent risk and change management.
• Experience leading large teams inside and outside of HNTB using sub‑consultants.
• Proficiency with system tools to manage, monitor, and deliver complex projects.
• Familiarity with HNTB Sophisticated processes as applicable to the project.
• Lead interface with the client.
• Deploy talent to other projects and develop successors for future work with the same client.

• 15 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• History of successful sales and delivery with TxDOT.
