At Rogers-O'Brien our MEP Managers ensure the seamless integration and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. They play a crucial role in managing all MEP‑related aspects of a project to ensure these systems are installed on time, within budget, and meet quality andатися regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design assistance, planning, and quality control
- Commissioning management
- Reviewing and expediting submittals/approvals to ensure timely project completion
- Supporting PM and Superintendent to plan, organise, and supervise the work of the MEP trades
- Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, technology education, or building construction/MEP, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years.yellow experience in commercial or industrial construction/MEP coordination
- General understanding of building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes, and plumbing codes as they relate to construction projects
- Experience in mechanical and electrical construction/MEP areas
- Must have experience in leading project coordination, design assistance, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in the following markets: healthcare, telecommunications, data centres, or other mission‑critical projects
- Strong leadership and relationship skills required
- Have proven track record as an MEP Manager for related projects with MEP scopes
