Our Power Delivery group seeks a Project Manager to manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships. You will shape proposals, lead a talented team, and impact business growth.

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to schedule and budget.
• Manage project staff and resources.
• Understand and manage project financials, reporting status to management.
• Produce detailed project reports.
• Manage proposal creation and support business development.
• Maintain client relationships, serving as the single point of contact for assigned projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience in engineering, construction, or project administration, OR a PMP certification with minimum 6 years experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or utility project management.
• Strong understanding of electrical transmission, substation, or distribution systems preferred.
• Experience in proposal writing, scoping, or business development.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills across disciplines.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time.

Salary range: $85,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may apply based on experience and location.
