Project Manager, Environmental Engineer

I’m representing a growing engineering consultancy that is expanding their Water Resources capability across Dallas–Fort Worth. They’re looking for a Project Manager (Hydrology & Hydraulics) to lead technical delivery and client engagement on key Water Resource and Flood Risk projects across the region.

This role would suit someone who enjoys blending technical leadership with project management, working closely with municipal clients, state agencies, and multi-discipline engineering teams.

• Lead hydrology & hydraulics design and analysis for water resources projects
• Oversee reports, models, design documents, and QA/coordination
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and subconsultants
• Support client interaction and proposal efforts
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

• PE license
• 7+ years in water resources / H&H design
• Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and GIS workflows
• Strong communication and client facing capability
• 2D hydraulic modeling experience is a plus
• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related)
