We are seeking a high‑caliber MEP Superintendent to spearhead field operations for a massive, 2‑year hyperscale data center project in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area
. This isn't a desk job; we need a proactive leader to be the eyes and ears on‑site, driving MEP trades to hit aggressive milestones without compromising on safety or the high‑spec quality these facilities demand.

As the industry shifts toward higher densities, this project will feature advanced liquid cooling systems
, making your technical expertise in modern thermal management essential.

The Mission
  • Drive the Field: Lead daily onsite MEP coordination, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trades are synchronized.
  • Cooling Innovation: Directly oversee the installation and integration of large‑scale liquid cooling infrastructure.
  • Quality & Pace: Manage fast‑track schedules while enforcing rigorous QA/QC standards and OSHA safety protocols.
  • Problem Solve: Resolve complex field clashes and technical hurdles in real‑time to keep the project on track for commissioning.
What You Bring to the Site
  • 5+ Years of

    Experience:

    Specifically as an MEP Superintendent on hyperscale or mission‑critical data center builds.
  • Liquid Cooling Expertise: Direct, hands‑on experience with liquid‑to‑chip or immersion cooling systems is highly preferred.
  • Technical Depth: A master‑level understanding of electrical switch gear, HVAC, BAS/Controls, and fire suppression.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously in a high‑pressure, fast‑track environment.
  • Credentials: OSHA 30 certification is required.
  • Duration: 12–24 month initial contract (High potential for extension/long‑term pipeline)
  • Compensation: Competitive rates paid via W2 or C2C.
