SAP PP​/MES Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/MES Architect to lead and architect SAP manufacturing solutions for complex assembly environments. This role requires deep hands‑on expertise in SAP PP, PEO (MES), and QM, with strong exposure to S/4

HANA manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will act as a solution architect and functional lead, bridging business requirements with SAP system design while guiding technical teams through implementation and testing.

This position is based in Dallas, TX, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days onsite per week.

• Architect and configure SAP solutions across PP, PEO (MES), and QM.
• Design and support complex assembly manufacturing, rework, MRO, and project‑based manufacturing processes.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into end‑to‑end SAP manufacturing processes.
• Develop functional specifications and guide ABAP developers.
• Oversee integration across PP‑MM, PP‑QM, and PP‑PS (WBS, Network Orders).
• Support serialization, batch management, MBOMs, routings, and production orders.
• Lead data migration activities for master and transactional data using LTMC, LSMW, and S/4
  
  HANA Data Migration Cockpit.
• Validate BOMs, routings, and production orders through multiple test cycles.
• Review and validate architectural decisions related to manufacturing data and processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure system alignment and operational excellence.

• 15-20 years of SAP experience.

• SAP PP, PEO (MES), QM
• Complex Assembly Manufacturing
• Material Master, BOM, Routings
• Serialization & Batch Management
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA and Fiori applications

• MRP, Project Stock, WBS‑driven manufacturing
• PP‑PS integration (MAIKs, Network Orders)
• Proven experience leading SAP implementations (multiple full lifecycle projects)

Results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.

• Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense or Automotive.

• Parameter Unit Effectivity (Aircraft Manufacturing)
• Experience with SAP Data Services / BODS
