Build the Future of Bridor’s U.S. Bakeries. Bridor is expanding in the U.S., building state‑of‑the‑art bakery facilities and advanced production lines. We’re looking for an Industrial Project Engineer who wants to see their designs come to life.

In this role, you’ll lead the specifying, designing, and engineering of manufacturing lines — from layout and equipment selection to installation and commissioning. You’ll collaborate with project managers, process engineers, consultants, and contractors to deliver high‑profile capital projects that directly impact Bridor’s growth.

Annual Bonus

• Lead design and engineering for processing, baking, and packaging areas
• Develop layouts, technical drawings, and design standards
• Support equipment installation and commissioning with hands‑on problem solving
• Ensure compliance with Bridor standards and food safety regulations

• 4–8 years of industrial project engineering or design experience
• Background in consulting/A&E firms or manufacturing (food & beverage preferred)
• Experience specifying and engineering manufacturing lines or production areas
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, or other design tools
• Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills

• This role requires flexible travel between Bridor sites, primarily between Salt Lake City, UT and Lancaster/Dallas, TX
• Travel will depend on project phases, including new plant construction, equipment installation, and expansion projects
• Candidates must be comfortable working at multiple sites to support high‑profile capital projects
• Lead major U.S. plant builds and expansions, see your designs come to life on the floor
