Project Manager - Engineering
Producers Midstream – Dallas, TX – $85,000.00-$
OverviewProducers Midstream is an equity‑backed midstream service provider based in Dallas, TX. The Engineering Project Manager will lead critical projects in gas processing, pipelines, and compression systems, providing technical support and oversight to commercial, operational, regulatory and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities- Manage contractors and company staff to safely, timely and cost‑effectively install and commission facilities.
- Perform all aspects of project engineering and management including equipment sizing, scoping, procurement, contracting, bidding, contract evaluation, cost estimating and generation of AFEs.
- Apply strong knowledge of pipeline design and related gas‑patch equipment operations and maintenance, measurement, cathodic protection, compression design, system planning, and gas‑pipeline hydraulics.
- Utilize pipeline simulation experience and work knowledge of Pipeline Integrity Regulations and FERC 192 and 195 Minimum Pipeline Safety Rules for construction, operations, and maintenance.
- Coordinate ROW acquisition for construction, including route planning, agent progress, payment approvals, overseeing major ROW issues, coordinating survey operations, and controlling costs relative to budgets.
- Participate in partnership safety programs and initiatives.
- Maintain and adhere to required training, policies and procedures.
- Communicate with partnership control centers, business groups, and other operating groups as necessary.
- Comply with company safety policies and regulations.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residency and be available for overtime if needed.
- Complete all training as directed by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in midstream oil & gas.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
