What You’ll DoTackle real hydrologic & hydraulic modeling for both public and private clients — no busywork, real project impact.
Support the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects across industrial, mixed‑use, residential, higher‑ed, federal, and more.
Produce and refine engineering documents — reports, design plans, exhibits — using tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC‑RAS, and related software.
Interpret and analyze maps, reports, topographic data, soil info, test results, and aerial imagery to inform smart, efficient design.
Bring forward new ideas, approaches, and optimizations that elevate project quality and team efficiency.
Apply solid engineering fundamentals (and yes, some higher‑level math) to solve problems with accuracy and creativity.
Collaborate with a strong technical team that values support, learning, and shared success.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
0–2 years of experience in site/civil engineering.
GPA of 3.0 or above.
EIT certification or active FE exam registration preferred
.Prior internship or professional experience in site planning, grading, stormwater management, drainage, or erosion control is a big plus.
Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to work independently.
Availability to work Monday–Friday with occasional evening or weekend needs depending on project demands.
