Field Service Technician (Power Systems)

Pay: $28–$30/hr

Location:

Dallas, TX – onsite + 50% travel to customer sites (mostly domestic with some travel to international Air Force Bases)

The company specializes in power conversion, designing and manufacturing high-performance products for the marine and aviation sectors, including military and defense applications.

• Travel to and from customer sites, working with management and support staff to arrange logistics; ensure all necessary parts are prepared and communicate with the department manager while in the field.
• Perform troubleshooting, start-up, and repairs on units both in the field and at the factory.
• Provide customer training on the safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, especially regarding service needs or required modifications.

• AAS in Electrical/Electronics, or similar trade school/military training.
• Electrical experience with Power Systems.
• MUST be able to work overtime and travel 50% to customer sites domestically and internationally.
• Must have driver’s license and U.S. Passport.
