BAS - Engineering Manager; Manager

Engineering Manager - Dallas, TX - Building Integration Company (BAS Controls, Security, HVAC, etc) POSITION

• Engineering Manager (will become Manager in 4-6 months)

• Dallas, TX

• Prior Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar position
• Review and ensure all design drawings requirements are sufficiently met
• Oversee, schedule, and manage all design and development projects
• Design and direct the work of the engineering team and help set objectives that align with company improvement strategies
• Occasionally partake in production and design work
• Provide engineering leadership and help design, maintain, and execute project development plans
• Create and establish a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement toward engineering projects and results
• Ensure that all aspects of the BAS layout/design, development and support process are optimal for the client
• Work closely with department expenses and ensure compliance and corporate goals are met
• Conduct annual performance reviews
