A proven engineering leader who brings operational insight, a steady hand, and a collaborative leadership style. Someone who has seen enough to know what works and what doesn’t and wants an environment where their experience is valued.
What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE preferred).
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with at least 7 years in project management.
- Deep expertise in Civil 3D or similar project delivery platforms.
- Proven leadership in infrastructure projects including paving, water, sewer, grading, and drainage.
- Strong ability to interpret and integrate consultant drawings and reports into construction documents.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.
