Plant Engineering Manager – Dairy
Location:
Phoenix, AZ
$160,000 – $160,000 per year
Responsibilities- Lead engineering support for production systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality
- Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and supply chain teams
- Mentor and develop engineering staff to build technical capability and leadership
- 5+ years dairy experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in reliability engineering
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development
