Role Description

This is a role for a Traveling Superintendent to operate in the C&I space managing rooftop solar installations. The Traveling Superintendent will oversee and manage solar energy projects, ensuring timely and efficient project execution. Responsibilities include supervising on-site construction teams, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, implementing safety protocols, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications, and managing project schedules and budgets.

Regular travel to project sites is required to facilitate hands-on leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management and team supervision skills, including the ability to coordinate and oversee construction activities
  • Experience with solar energy systems, commercial construction, and electrical system installation
  • Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with project documentation and regulations
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to project locations
  • Familiarity with safety and site management protocols
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
