We're hiring a caring and dedicated Lead Teacher. This role plays a vital part in nurturing early development through hands‑on learning and supportive guidance.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the daily operations of a vibrant and safe toddler classroom.
  • Deliver age‑appropriate curriculum using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum framework.
  • Create a fun and secure space where 2‑year‑olds can grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
  • Observe and document developmental progress and personalize learning experiences.
  • Build strong communication with families to ensure trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to deliver top‑tier education.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom at all times.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma (required);
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
  • Experience:

    Prior work with toddlers or in an early learning setting is strongly preferred.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, teamwork, time management, patience, and creativity.
  • Certifications:

    CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
