Overview

The Vice President of Enrollment Management provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all student recruitment activities across the college. This role is responsible for driving sustainable enrollment growth through ethical, compliant, and data-driven admissions practices. The Vice President of Enrollment Management oversees hiring, training, performance management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of admissions operations while ensuring full compliance with ACCSC standards and applicable federal and state regulations, and applicable accreditation requirements.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of increasing college population in career, technical, or proprietary education environments and will bring strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills to support institutional growth and student success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-campus enrollment management strategy aligned with institutional goals, budget assumptions, and accreditation requirements.
  • Establish and meet enrollment targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to improve inquiry-to-start conversion and population growth.
  • Analyze enrollment trends, lead flow, and market performance to inform decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of admissions personnel across all campuses and online operations.
  • Establish clear role expectations, performance standards, and accountability measures for admissions teams.
  • Coach and mentor admissions leaders and representatives to ensure consistent execution and professional growth.
  • Design and implement standardized admissions training programs focused on ethical recruitment, compliance, communication skills, and student-centered advising.
  • Ensure consistent application of admissions protocols, scripts, and processes across campuses.
  • Lead refresher training, remediation plans, and continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and quality reviews.
  • Work closely with Marketing to align lead generation strategies with admissions capacity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Campus Presidents, Academic Leadership, and Student Services to support retention and student success goals.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on enrollment risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular enrollment performance reports to executive leadership, including trend analysis and recommendations.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor effectiveness at the campus and representative level.
  • Maintain professional and effective working relationships with all other campus personnel.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company.
  • Travel as required.
  • Position is located on the Dallas Campus.
Education
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enrollment management or admissions leadership within a career, technical, or proprietary college environment.
  • Demonstrated success growing student population across one or more campuses.
  • Direct experience working with ACCSC-accredited institutions, including knowledge of enrollment-related standards and expectations.
  • Proven experience hiring, training, and managing admissions teams in a multi-campus or centralized environment.
  • Strong understanding of ethical recruitment practices, compliance requirements, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action.
Qualifications, Certifications, and/or License Requirements
  • Registration or licensure may be required pursuant to applicable state regulations and/or standards of accreditation.
