It will strive to provide resources, training, and collaborative opportunities that promote student learning and success.
Position OverviewThe Senior Project Coordinator is critical in advancing the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL) mission by managing a diverse portfolio of projects supporting innovative teaching practices and learning initiatives. This position assists the Center's Director and Assistant Director in planning, coordinating, and executing projects that enhance the Center's strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective collaboration among stakeholders.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in appropriate field of study and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
- Proven work experience in project coordination/management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

Job Duties
- Project Management & Coordination
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with the Center's strategic objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, faculty, and external partners involved in Center initiatives.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Prepare and distribute status reports, project documentation, and presentations to CITL Leadership.
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and training sessions, including scheduling, vendor management, and travel arrangements.
