- Coordinates and organizes training materials, resources, and logistics in preparation for delivery.
- Establishes credibility as an instructor.
- Effectively communicates learning objectives to participants, leads engaging training sessions, maintains a conducive learning environment, and monitors progress to ensure successful learning outcomes.
- Creates a positive learning climate while encouraging participation and building learner motivation.
- Delivers various learning methodologies while delivering constructive feedback.
- Evaluates informal and formal learning solutions. Provides feedback and recommendations to direct Manager.
- Other duties as required.
- Must be willing to travel at least 1 week a month.
- 1+ years of relevant training and facilitation experience in an adult learning/corporate environment.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, interactive learning methods, individual and group facilitation skills, presentation and project management skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience or relevant certifications may also be considered.
