This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex, with some ability to work remotely. The Manager of Learning Fulfillment & Scheduling will oversee the scheduling and coordination of training programs and maintain engagement with instructors and participants of SGA’s live learning programs—virtual and in‑person—ensuring members consistently receive high‑quality instruction, on schedule, and at scale.
This role does not set learning strategy, determine program priorities, or design curriculum. Instead, it is accountable for reliably delivering what has already been defined, with precision, discipline, and continuous quality improvement through structured instructor feedback.
Success in this role is measured by execution excellence, instructor readiness, schedule reliability, and learner satisfaction. The role will require strong communication and organizational skills to ensure the successful delivery of learning solutions.
This role is the operational owner of live program fulfillment and is accountable for:
- Instructor sourcing, readiness, and scheduling
- End‑to‑end execution of live learning sessions
- Consistent delivery quality aligned with SGA standards
- Closed‑loop instructor and learner feedback
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to concierge‑level service—proactive, end‑to‑end ownership with no follow‑ups required from members or instructors.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience owning the operational delivery and scheduling of live programs or training in complex, high‑touch service environments.
- Working knowledge of MOUs/scopes of work and tracking delivery against agreed terms; comfortable reconciling invoices with Finance.
- Hands‑on experience executing virtual (VILT) and in‑person (ILT) programs.
- Strong process discipline using calendars, trackers, and checklists to ensure flawless execution.
- Experience in the energy or utility industry is a plus
