Teachers Now is seeking experienced and dependable Substitute Educators to support K–12 classrooms across Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. This opportunity is well suited for retired teachers, former educators, education professionals, and experienced short-term and long-term substitutes who want to remain engaged in education while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

This role emphasizes short-term, long-term, and consistent assignments, ensuring instructional continuity and strong classroom leadership where it is needed most.

• Competitive pay: $90–$120 per day

Qualifications

Required

• Associate degree or 60+ completed college credit hours

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or teacher certification
• Prior teaching, substitute teaching, or long-term classroom experience
• Retired teachers and former educators are strongly encouraged to apply
