Summary
The Learning & Development Trainer position is responsible for conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. This role facilitates GO classes, monitors and evaluates training program effectiveness, and provides feedback on GO participant performance.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates; deliver materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes; stay current on learning trends and incorporate them into Learning & Development offerings.
- Assist with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness based on feedback and other evaluation techniques to ensure participants absorb and apply course content.
- Present information in courses using a variety of instructional techniques and formats to ensure understanding and absorption by participants.
- Assist in evaluating GO participant performance, providing feedback and coaching throughout the course and at its conclusion.
Must reside around Dallas, Texas.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment; may include Operations TL experience.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
P2: $72,500 – $101,500. Individual pay is determined within this range using factors such as work location and experience.
