What You Will Be Doing- Leading adaptive reading workshops that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve instruction and extract meaningful insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms
- Following pre-packaged curricula or published instructional sequences
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a genuine enthusiasm for reading in young students.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary learners
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written materials
- Experienced
