** Three (3) years of related experience. Experience using computer skills and technology to access data, maintain records, and generate reports. Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

** Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Ability to work with sensitive information and/or documents and must be able to maintain confidentially of information.
