Position: Enrollment Director, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD

This is an in-person position based at one of our campuses in Dallas-Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco. We provide relocation assistance.

Most admissions professionals are brought on to maintain the status quo. Your mandate will be to dismantle it and build something superior.

2 Hour Learning delivers a complete day of education in just two hours through AI-driven, mastery-based platforms. No traditional teachers. No lectures. No inefficiency. Afternoons remain open for life skills development, personal enrichment, and substantive projects. Your role is central to this mission. You will direct end-to-end admissions operations for a single campus—Dallas, Santa Barbara, or San Francisco—with complete ownership of your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucracy. No delegation. No extraneous process. You will convert inquiries into enrollments through rapid engagement, transparent results presentation, compelling campus experiences, and rigorous selectivity standards. You will be the decisive factor in families committing to an institution unlike any they have encountered.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Answering new inquiries within 4 hours using customized, precise messaging that avoids templated language.
  • Conducting campus tours and events that articulate exactly how and why our approach accelerates learning, and which families it serves best.
  • Controlling the entire admissions process from application through shadow visits, decision conversations, and final onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and student information system records for weekly performance review, particularly within Hub Spot.
  • Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Supervising others. This is an individual contributor position by intent.
  • Working through bureaucratic approvals. We operate at startup velocity, not traditional institutional tempo.
  • Enrolling every applicant. This model serves specific families, and selection is part of your mandate.
  • Defending our differentiation. Our performance data makes the case more effectively than convention.
  • Operating remotely. This role requires on-campus presence with occasional attendance at local events.
Enrollment Director

Key Responsibilities

Direct and refine the full admissions process to convert well-matched prospects into enrolled students. Build a high-conversion, highly selective pipeline that mirrors the precision and results of the 2 Hour Learning approach.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years managing complete admissions cycles at a selective, tuition-charging academic institution
  • Documented track record running competitive enrollment processes from initial inquiry through final enrollment decision
  • Outstanding communication capabilities across written, presentation, and interpersonal formats
  • Ease and credibility when engaging high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
  • Disciplined operational approach, including CRM expertise (particularly Hub Spot), effective time management, and meticulous accuracy
  • Currently residing in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
  • Eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements
  • Background in top-tier K–12 independent school admissions or selective college enrollment
  • Demonstrated success organizing high-engagement, high-yield recruitment events
  • Proficiency with analytics, performance metrics, and evidence-based decision frameworks
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled or mastery-based learning systems
