It will strive to provide resources, training, and collaborative opportunities that promote student learning and success.
Position OverviewThe Assistant Director is a key leadership role within the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL). This position is responsible for advancing innovative educational practices by integrating cutting‑edge learning design with comprehensive training and development programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives, develop impactful learning experiences, and support the professional growth of educators.
Minimum QualificationsMaster's degree in instructional design, education, curriculum & instruction, professional development or a related field and five (5) years of related experience in education, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
