Primary Purpose

Uplift Education is a network of high-performing K-12 public charter schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. The Partnerships Coordinator role will support the development and implementation of network strategic and community partnerships and outreach programs and services. The Coordinator will oversee and manage the scheduling, implementation, and evaluation of after school, field trip, and enrichment partner programming. This position will also be responsible for supporting partnership outreach and development as it relates to the strategic partnership team’s network-wide goals to enrich the educational journey of PK-12 students.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Oversees partnership programming implementation in schools and maintains positive partner program relationships throughout the school year.
  • Collaborates with school administrators and staff, as well as various Central Management Office (CMO) departments to identify areas for in-school and out-of-school enrichment support and resources to enrich scholars’ educational journey.
  • Supports the cultivation of new partnerships through research, tracking, and outreach.
  • Acts as a representative of Uplift Education at community events and forums, championing the interests of Uplift scholars, families, and educators.
  • Conducts in-person site visits with partners to provide evaluative feedback on partnership programming.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner engagements and programs, community collaborations, and outreach efforts served through Uplift’s partnership management platform, regularly assessing program efficacy to inform data-driven improvements.
  • Supports the Memoranda of Understanding/site agreement drafting process with the Director of Strategic and Community Partnerships.
  • Supports summer scholar enrichment program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Serves as a requisitioner and will be responsible for submitting and tracking invoices and payments to and from partners.
  • Other duties as required to support partnerships and the Family and Scholar Experience team.
Education, Experience, and/or Certification(s) Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required;
    Relevant work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
Experience Requirements
  • Two years of experience in administrative functions and partnership management
  • Two years of experience with partnership outreach and using persuasive communication skills
  • Two years of experience managing data collection and tracking

  • Experience using CRM software
