Parent/Child Instructor
Join The Little Gym International as a Parent/Child Instructor, teaching dynamic child development classes for ages 4 months to 3 years.
Pay and BenefitsBase pay: $15.00/hr – $19.00/hr full‑time benefits available. Paid training with various shift options.
Responsibilities- Lead Parent/Child program sessions – 45‑minute classes that facilitate a weekly lesson plan.
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
- Deliver prepared lesson plans, incorporating music and activities to build skills and fun.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Help children build confidence every day.
- Active, moving work that fits a healthy lifestyle.
- Training that translates to broader professional and personal skills.
