Acclaim Physician Group, in partnership with JPS Health Network, is seeking a PM&R Physician to join our growing rehabilitation medicine team in Fort Worth, Texas.

Position Highlights

  • Inpatient and outpatient PM&R practice
  • Work with patients experiencing trauma, neurologic injury, musculoskeletal conditions, amputations, spinal cord injury, TBI, and more
  • Multidisciplinary, team-based approach alongside PT, OT, speech therapy, nursing, and case management
  • Based at the main JPS Hospital in central Fort Worth—minutes from downtown

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive PM&R care in inpatient and/or outpatient settings
  • Perform electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS; ultrasound/neurosonography)
  • Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
  • Manage spasticity and dystonia (Botox; baclofen pump management optional)
  • Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Participate in academic, quality improvement, and research initiatives

Qualifications

  • Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • Comfortable practicing in a large, diverse public health system
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
