About the Role:

Join our expanding psychiatry services as a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) and contribute to a leading, APA-accredited private therapy practice. Our outpatient psychiatry team excels in providing evidence-based, compassionate care to adults and adolescents in cooperation with a multidisciplinary network of over 200 exceptional clinicians. We are dedicated to fostering empathy, collaboration, and innovative treatment, particularly focused on mood disorders and complex presentations.

Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
  • Provide in-person care at our Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices.
  • Collaborate with therapists and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical, evidence-based care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees.
  • Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in your schedule and treatment approach, with support for both medication management and psychotherapy integration.

Requirements:
Qualifications (Psychiatrists MD/DO):
  • Board-certified or Board-eligible in Psychiatry.
  • Licensed in Texas with an active, unencumbered DEA.
  • Experience with adult and/or adolescent populations.
  • TMS experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
