Overview

Urgent Surgery Associates is a well-established team of highly trained and experienced Surgical Critical Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers that are committed to providing the highest level of comprehensive and compassionate surgical care. The team provides care within high acuity surgical ICUs, treating a variety of surgical patients including trauma, surgery, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, heart/lung/liver/kidney transplants, ECMO, VAD, and other surgical patients.

Services are provided at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and at Baylor All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX.

We are seeking a full-time Critical Care Physician to join the team and are open to Board Certified General Surgeons who have completed a Critical Care Fellowship or Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians who have completed a Critical Care Fellowship.

Full-time is 16 shifts per month / 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling.
