Qualifications:
- The candidate must be board-certified/eligible.
- We accept internal and family medicine trained physicians; FM candidates must have 2 years of hospitalist experience.
- This position is now open to 2026 resident grads!
- ACLS certification is mandatory.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- 7 days on, 7 days off.
- 2 daytime hospitalists during the day, 7 AM – 7 PM, and nights are covered by an APP.
- You will be on call for one week a month, rotating with the other rounder. You do not need to come in while on call; it is a requirement from the medical staff office.
Key Responsibilities:
- We measure outcomes with the Advent Health Dashboard, developed in collaboration with experts at the Society of Hospital Medicine. O/E metrics are individualized to the patient based on documentation.
- Our program has achieved and sustained GMLOS O/E
