• Join our well-established team with 4 physicians and 2 APPs at Texas Health Cleburne.
• Work alongside our dedicated providers, committed to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with all stakeholders in a positive manner.
• We promote a caring environment, value each other’s well-being, and seamlessly collaborate across hospital departments to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must be board-certified/eligible.
• We accept internal and family medicine trained physicians; FM candidates must have 2 years of hospitalist experience.
• This position is now open to 2026 resident grads!
• ACLS certification is mandatory.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• 7 days on, 7 days off.
• 2 daytime hospitalists during the day, 7 AM – 7 PM, and nights are covered by an APP.
• You will be on call for one week a month, rotating with the other rounder. You do not need to come in while on call; it is a requirement from the medical staff office.

Key Responsibilities:

• We measure outcomes with the Advent Health Dashboard, developed in collaboration with experts at the Society of Hospital Medicine. O/E metrics are individualized to the patient based on documentation.
• Our program has achieved and sustained GMLOS O/E
