Lung Transplant Physician Job Opportunity at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas, Texas. Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH) is the largest not-for-profit health care system in Texas and one of the largest in the United States. The successful candidate will join an established team to evaluate, manage, and treat patients undergoing lung transplantation in a multidisciplinary environment.

The Center for Advanced Heart & Lung Disease has active research and participates in clinical trials and registries. The physician will collaborate with heart failure specialists, cardiac and thoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists, radiologists, rheumatologists, and pathologists specializing in pulmonary pathology. The center has robust programs in heart and lung transplantation, ECMO, and pulmonary thromboembolectomy. The physician will be involved in teaching Texas A&M medical students, residents, and fellows;

academic appointment commensurate to experience is available.

• Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in Lung Transplantation or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluation and management of advanced lung disease, including transplant candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
• Employed position through Health Texas Provider Network (HTPN), Baylor Scott & White employment group in DFW
