We are a physician-led medical and surgical ophthalmology practice in DFW seeking an ophthalmologist interested in a true ownership-oriented role, rather than a traditional employed position.

This opportunity is well suited for a surgeon who values clinical autonomy, flexibility, and long-term involvement, and who is interested in helping shape the future of a growing community-based practice. We are open to part-time engagement (2–3 days per week).

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care with a medical and surgical focus
• Perform cataract surgery and manage surgical patients pre- and post-operatively
• Diagnose and manage ocular disease, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration
• Work alongside an experienced clinical team with efficient workflows and strong support
• Optionally participate in practice development, clinical direction, and long-term strategy

• Are interested in ownership and long-term value creation
• Prefer a flexible schedule while maintaining an active surgical practice
• Want meaningful influence over clinical and operational decisions
• Enjoy practicing in a community-based ophthalmology setting

• MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency
• Board eligible or board certified in Ophthalmology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
• Cataract surgery experience required (additional surgical skills welcome)
