As a Senior Architect, you will lead complex, multi‑faceted work that engages your creativity, problem‑solving skills, and ability to guide teams toward exceptional outcomes. - Lead large-scale, complex projects from concept through construction, presenting design and technical solutions directly to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor project teams by setting priorities, delegating tasks, and overseeing design and technical execution to meet project milestones.
- Contribute to proposals, fee development, work plans, and schedules while strengthening existing client relationships and supporting new business development.
- Develop design concepts, guide technical detailing, produce and coordinate construction documents, and ensure compliance with codes and permitting requirements.
- Oversee construction administration, including site visits, submittal/RFI review, evaluation of cost and schedule proposals, and resolution of field issues.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising and mentoring architectural staff across multiple project phases.
- Advanced knowledge of architectural systems, construction methods, sustainability strategies, and integrated design processes.
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, visual—with the ability to present confidently and build trust with clients and project partners.
- High proficiency in Revit/BIM
360, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Newforma; familiarity with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Enscape, and Sketch Up preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and complex project challenges.
