Procurement Agent

• The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by Client Security.
• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

• Utilize SAP for Tooling Purchase Orders (PO)
• Process Tooling POs and Tool transfer requests
• Contact suppliers to Confirm tool availability for transfer.
• Coordinate with the Tooling Engineer new tooling requests
• Coordination with Tooling accountability team
• Manage the execution of PO's for Spot buy, Stand alone and Contract PO's
• Create training plans for Tooling process
• Conduct Training with Tooling Procurement Agents

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in tooling or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in SAP and other procurement software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

• Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of T1(New) and T2 Tool Transfer) processes in tooling.
• Critical thinking
• Adaptable

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
