Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for a Registered Architectural Project Manager. Responsibilities include managing architectural projects from concept to completion, overseeing design development, preparing construction documents, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role requires schedule management, quality assurance, and ensuring project goals align with client expectations while adhering to timelines and budgets. The Project Manager will lead a team, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality work in every phase of school design.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Project Management, Construction Administration, and Team Leadership
  • Experience in Architectural Design and Construction Documentation
  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships effectively
  • Knowledge of Building Codes, Construction Standards, and Educational Facility Design
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in architectural software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other design technologies
  • Registered Architect with relevant professional experience; licensure in the state of Texas is preferred
  • Familiarity with educational facility design projects or prior experience in school design is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
