Overview

We’re hiring for our client — a leading Dallas-based residential design studio known for creating soulful, story-driven interiors that reflect authenticity, comfort, and a deep sense of place. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Interior Designer who thrives in a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment. You’ll join a team of kind, authentic professionals who combine creativity with technical expertise to deliver extraordinary design experiences.

The ideal candidate is confident leading and supporting complex projects, mentoring junior designers, and managing every detail from concept to completion — all while maintaining transparency, grace, and professionalism in every client interaction.

• Lead and support complex design projects from concept to completion.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with project teams.
• Manage every detail of projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain transparency, grace, and professionalism in client interactions.

• 4-7 years minimum experience
• Residential interior experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design preferred, but not required
• Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills
• Run a design project on time and on budget
• Strong knowledge of the design process including specification of materials, FF&E, and project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Sketch Up, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Slack and Google Suite;
  Studio Designer knowledge is a plus
• Desire and ability to work in a creative, service-oriented environment and prioritize while performing on multiple projects simultaneously
• Resilient to client demands and able to prioritize duties and work effectively
• Team-oriented
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
