- Over five years of experience in UX or product design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma and a robust understanding of UX processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive collaboration across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in designing for women's health journeys such as fertility and menopause.
- Ability to inspire trust and confidence with stakeholders and align on product strategies.
- Experience in promoting inclusive design standards for various platforms.
