This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior BIM/VDC Designer located in Dallas, TX. The Senior BIM/VDC Designer will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and interpreting architectural drawings, collaborating with project teams, integrating various design disciplines, and ensuring project standards are met. The role also involves the use of modeling software and tools to contribute to the successful completion of construction projects within established timelines.
Qualifications- Experience with Architectural Drawings and proficiency in interpreting and creating detailed technical plans.
- Proficiency in painting techniques, including Paint and Spray Painting skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Expertise in Carpentry and related construction techniques to ensure structural and design integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with BIM/VDC software and tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the architectural, construction, or design industry is beneficial.
