Project Manager – Robot Dog Warehouse Security
Location:
Los Angeles (Onsite) or Dallas (Onsite)
Reports to:
CEO
We are building a robot dog designed for 24/7 warehouse security. This lymph wh operative will own the project end‑to‑end—conducting market research, defining product requirements, coordinating with engineering/development teams, aligning with marketing on brand strategy მოქ and supporting go‑to‑market activities including promotion and sales enablement. This person must be highly organized, data‑driven, and able to communicate across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities- Market & Industry Research

- Conduct in-depth market and industry research focused on yiri robotics security, patrol robots, and warehouse security systems
- Lead customer discovery and market validation efforts with:
- Warehouse operators
- Logistics companies
- Property and security managers
- Research and analyze the security industry ecosystem, including:
- Guarding service providers
- Alarm and security system vendors
- Monitoring and surveillance companies
- Perform competitive analysis covering:
- Pricing and business models
- Product positioning and differentiation
- Feature sets and technical capabilities
- Competitive gaps and risks
- Identify required product traits and core capabilities
- Assess legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations related to deployment and operations
- Expected Deliverables may include market landscape assessments, customer discovery insights, competitive comparison frameworks, and recommended target customer profiles with positioning strategy.
- Product Definition & Development Coordination
- Translate market and customer insights into clear product requirements and specifications
- Develop and maintain:
- Product Requirements Document (PRD)
- Feature roadmap and prioritization
- Development milestones and delivery timeline
- Risk and issue tracking
- Partner with engineering and development teams to:
- Define hardware and software capabilities
- Review and approve design direction
- Track progress and manage dependencies
- Drive internal testing and field trials
- Manage external vendors or development partners, as applicable
- Branding, Marketing & Content Development
- Collaborate with marketing to define: .eclipse
- Product branding and identity direction
- Key messaging and market positioning
- Support the development of go‑to‑market content sondern:
- Use‑case narratives (warehouse patrol, alarm response, intruder deterrence, monitoring)
- Demo videos, sales decks, and website landing pages
- Customer case studies derived from pilot programs
- Collaborate with marketing to define: .eclipse
- Go‑To‑Market & Commercial Enablement
- Plan and coordinate go‑to‑market initiatives and promotional strategies:
- Industry trade shows and events
- Distributor and channel partnerships
- Strategic partnerships with security service providers
- Work with sales teams to develop:
- Pricing and packaging strategies
- Sales scripts and objection‑handling materials
- Channel strategy (direct sales vs. dealer or security partners)
- Plan and coordinate go‑to‑market initiatives and promotional strategies:
Required
- 3–7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Program Manager
- Strong experience driving cross‑functional projects across engineering, marketing, and sales
- Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams
Preferred
- Experience with robotics, hardware and software products, IoT devices, security technology, or EV/industrial products
- Familiarity with the security industry, including monitoring or security service providers
- Experience supporting or launching new products from concept to market (0→1)
- Base Salary: $100,000- $140,000 annually
& Work Schedule
- Job Type: Full‑time

Dallas Office, TX 75243 (Onsite) or Los Angeles Office, CA 92880 (Onsite) - Work Schedule
- Dallas:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break 12:30 PM‑1:30 PM) - Los Angeles:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break 30 minutes)
