Senior Project Architect – Dallas, TX

A leading national architecture and design firm is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join their Dallas office and take the lead on large-scale, complex projects in the healthcare, civic, and commercial sectors. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned architect who excels in both design leadership and technical execution, and who is ready to help shape the future of environments that serve communities and businesses alike.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design, documentation, and construction
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, schedule, and budget expectations
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior architects and project teams
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to achieve seamless coordination
  • Review drawing sets for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability
  • Use Revit to oversee and support document production and coordination
Qualifications
  • 12–15+ years of U.S.

    -based architectural experience
  • Strong portfolio in healthcare, civic, or commercial project types
  • Licensed Architect (required)
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong familiarity with BIM workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept through construction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
