This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Design Consultant located in Dallas, TX. The Design Consultant will guide customers in planning the design and layout of their homes to match their needs and preferences. Primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, offering design consultations, recommending furniture and furnishings, and supporting the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.

This position requires collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors that align with their vision and budget.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the design process
• Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to present and promote design solutions effectively
• Knowledge of Interior Design principles and best practices
• Experience with Furniture and Furnishings, including product selection and arrangement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Previous experience in homebuilding or related industries is a plus
• High school diploma required; a degree in design or a related field is advantageous
