Job Title:
Project Architect
Join a dynamic and innovative firm located in Dallas as a Project Architect, contributing to their mission‑critical division. We seek a licensed architect or someone on the verge of licensing, ideally with mission‑critical project experience. This role is perfect for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Our firm supports diverse project types, allowing for a broad range of experience.
Responsibilities- Lead architectural design and project management efforts.
- Create and review construction documents and drawings.
- Engage in construction administration and ensure project compliance.
- Collaborate on master planning, space planning, and design development.
- Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up for project execution.
- Contribute to the schematic design and overall project vision.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with construction documents and administration.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Licensed Architect or close to obtaining licensure.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mission‑critical projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with data center projects and industrial architecture.
- Knowledge of shell and core construction.
- Capability in design development and schematic design processes.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, based in the office. The Dallas office is currently expanding, aiming to grow to 20 team members by the end of the year. Being present in the office is crucial for team collaboration and growth. The firm offers potential ownership opportunities for associates and above, with profit sharing based on performance, fostering a rewarding and inclusive workplace.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr. Summary of Benefits Health & Dental Coverage:
