Architectural Designer
We are seeking dedicated and self‑motivated architectural designers to join a dynamic team in the mission‑critical sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on life sciences and mission‑critical projects, providing an environment conducive to professional growth and learning.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the preparation of technical documents and drawings.
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts.
- Engage in design and planning studies.
- Collaborate with project teams to solve technical issues.
- Participate in internal project team meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an architectural practice.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Licensed Architect.
- Experience or interest in mission‑critical projects.
- Experience with construction documents and administration.
- Project management skills.
This role is based in a supportive 70‑person firm focusing on life sciences and mission‑critical projects in the Dallas office. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The firm offers opportunities for ownership and profit‑sharing based on performance, fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.
Job Type & LocationPermanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60,000.00 – $80,000.00/yr.
